Established in 2022, a family business. Veteran owned and operated.

I am a retired U.S Army Veteran. During my time in service, I was fortunate to be assigned overseas. I was stationed in Italy for over 8 years, where I met and married my wife, Melinda. During our time abroad, my family and I embraced the culture, the language, the food, and fell in love with it all. We can honestly say that it was one of the best times of our lives. In fact, we loved it and miss it so much, that we decided to bring a small taste of it home. Create a place where we can share it with our community so they can experience it as well. Sometimes, these moments are all you need to create your DOLCE VITA!

The way of life, the café, the gelato, the pastries, the food… meraviglioso! We wanted to create a place where everyone can come in and enjoy a good coffee, kids can have warm sweet pastries, a fine gelato, while catching up with family and friends. Some people believe that too much of a good thing can be bad. We respectfully disagree. And what did we do with too much of a good thing?
